Michel Dardar, 74, stands
in front of his home on Isle de Jean Charles, La., June 11, where he has lived
through multiple hurricanes and tropical storms. Dardar said, "We used
to plant a garden. We had a crop of potatoes — all kinds of vegetables
— but now it's all water."
